BREAD MAKING FOR BEGINNERS - OPEN TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS
This is a 4 hour course during which you will learn how to mix, knead and shape a basic loaf of bread and rolls. You will learn about different flours and how to give that artisan look to your bread. The course is run in the homely and friendly setting of Karen's cottage kitchen. The small group size ensures that you will get lots of personal attention.
Location: 1 The Aviaries, Castle Howard, York
Date: Courses usually take place on Sundays but alternative days can be arranged on request - please contact for available dates.
PASTRY FOR BEGINNERS
Tuition available on request for adults and children - learning how to make pastry opens up a world of delicious tarts and pies! Tuition in small groups so lots of personal attention. Please contact for further details.
